Alberta Beef is the best beef in Canada. I live in Alberta, that makes me I can buy beef in cheaper price (supply/demand).
I bought a piece of beef rib few days ago. I marinated with New York Steak powder and Chinese oyster sauce for whole night. Then I preheated the oven 400F (Grill, not Bake) and I roasted the rib for 30-35 minutes. At last, I put diluted honey (with water: 1 portion of honey and 1.5 portion of water) on top of the ribs and roasted for 5 more minutes...the result is....
Tasty Roasted beef rib...you can try at home....or come to Edmonton, I can make one for you :D
