整理自已的討論，寫了篇書評。
基督教人文學會五六月份的閱讀小組，一起閱讀Rob Bell牧l師的新書Love Wins。這本書在美國基督教圈子中揪起軒然巨浪，這本書批評基督教只強調教徒上天堂和非教徒下地獄的訊息，偏離耶穌基督要帶給萬民喜樂的福音，Bell還因此被「時代雜誌」訪問上封面專題。Bell本身的來頭不少，他一手創立的Mars Hill Bible Church，是擁有超過一萬教徒的超級教會。現在站出來指證其他教派傳錯福音，自然在教內引起強烈反彈。很多自命正統的福音派教徒，急不及待跳出來攻擊Bell為異端，誓要把他驅逐出基督教才肯把休，還有人寫了本書叫God Wins，去反駁此書的論點。

在這總結的一章， Bell 補充了一點我（們）之前討論過的－－如果去死並不是人再沒有機會回轉的死線，耶穌那些十個童女等等的比喻為甚麼又會那麼強調把握時機，免得日後後悔？ Bell 的想法是，那些比喻只是用來提醒我們要活得像末期快要來臨。
準確點說，他沒有這樣寫出來，彷彿想起之前的講法裡可能有這漏洞，現在要補充。他只想呼籲讀者說那些比喻的耶穌有這渴望。
然而，這令我大惑不解，耶穌要我們活得像末期快來，原因是甚麼？假如我們死後還可以回轉，提醒我們末期快來，似乎意義不大。頂多，那只能提醒讀者現世裡可能有一些有價值的事，需要他們留神。但那些有價值的事是甚麼，卻不得而知。 Bell 亦好像完全沒有為意讀者會有這疑問。 [Read More]

In God and Moral Law, Mark Murphy aims to show that moral concurrentism is the best theistic explanation of moral law. He takes it that the best theistic explanation of moral law just is the best theistic explanation of morality generally since, on Murphy's account, the explanation of every moral fact "must bottom out in moral laws". (12) There are larger goals in the book that remain less explicit to the actual line of argument.
